Teaching activities

From winter semester 2023, Valeria´s contribution to teaching at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna (Vetmeduni Vienna) builds up to cover various courses in the field of animal physiology (focus on endocrinology and energy metabolism), conservation physiology, global change biology, and One Health within the mandatory Diploma Program for Veterinary students, Biomedicine students, as well as MSc and PhD students (within the master program in Wildlife Ecology and Wildlife Management shared with the BOKU University).

As post-doctoral research fellow and during her PhD studies, Valeria had the fantastic opportunity to contribute to the main courses below:

2022-2023 Behavioural Biology and Population Ecology for MSc and PhDs, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences University (BOKU), Vienna. In 2022 (summer semester), I was responsible for the entire course. In 2023, I shared the course with Dr Sylvain Giroud
